Math is Everywhere!
Informal Geometry covers the language of geometry as well as properties of lines, angles, and specific shapes. We will work with constructions and be discussing some of the history of mathematics. Throughout the course we will be working on some projects and will try to do some hands-on learning.
Each student will ideally have the following items for class, if a student cannot get one or all of these items they should speak to me and I will make arrangements. Books should be brought to class everyday.

- 3 subject notebook or 3 ring binder with loose leaf paper
- Straightedge (ruler) and compass for constructions
- Calculator (T.I. 83 or lower will suffice, must have sin, cos, tan buttons)
- Pencil and Correcting Pen
